Not meant to be
She once said
we found eachother when the time was right
what did I know
She was in my head
How could I know
I was still in pain
from the one I met
a long time ago
But worst of all
the pain, the grieve
for the one I lost, a few years ago
and would never leave
Myself.
She also said, when we play our cards right
we might have a life together
Believe in that, was the one thing
that kept me going, and not fade
into the darkness of the night
I now know, the time was wrong
still I'm thankfull 'cause she learned me
how to live and feel again
and for the rest of my live, I will carry this along
